Tracy assists clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, and securities law issues related to regulatory compliance and disclosure. As a law student Tracy interned with the BC provincial government, Metro Vancouver, and a corporate/commercial law firm in Bangkok, Thailand. Prior to joining Morton & Company, Tracy articled with a mid-sized Vancouver law firm.
