Professional Experience	Edward has a broad range of experience in securities law and corporate law, and has participated extensively in U.S. cross-border transactions, including public and private financings, mergers & acquisitions, reorganizations, take-over bids and regulatory compliance. He represents emerging and established technology, industrial, and natural resource companies in Canada and the United States. He has acted for companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, Nasdaq, the TSX Venture Exchange and CNQ. Edward also assists companies, directors and investors on compliance with U.S. and Canadian regulatory requirements including stock exchange requirements, proxy solicitations, continuous disclosure obligations, corporate governance practices and various securities legislation. Edward has assisted in preparing course materials for the Continuing Legal Education Society of B.C. He previously practiced as a commercial and insurance litigator.
Education	Edward obtained his law degree from the University of British Columbia in 1994, and has been a member of the British Columbia legal bar since 1995. He obtained a Bachelors in Economics from Concordia University in 1991. He completed the Canadian Securities Course in 1997.
